Where Do Preceptors Find Student PCRs?

Patient Care Records (PCRs) are not shown on the Pending page. The Pending page only displays individual competencies and daily evaluations awaiting sign-off.

Pending PCRs (Awaiting Your Sign-off)

PCRs awaiting evaluation appear in your Inbox.

1. Go to Inbox
2. Click on the PCR to view it
3. Scroll to the bottom for the evaluation section
4. Check competencies the student performed successfully (leave unsuccessful ones unchecked)

Already Completed PCRs

To view or edit PCRs you have already signed off:

1. Go to Completed Patient Care Reports
2. Find the PCR you need
3. You can edit if corrections are needed

All PCRs Page (Instructors/Admins)

If you have access to the All PCRs page:

• Filter by cohort/class
• Check Ready for Audit to see completed PCRs awaiting audit
