Pending Evaluations

Overview

The Pending Evaluations page shows all outstanding competency assessments and daily evaluations that need to be completed by preceptors in your location.

What You Will See

• List of preceptors with pending items
• Types of pending evaluations: competency assessments and daily evaluations
• Reminder options to notify preceptors

Automatic Monday Reminders

CompKeepr automatically sends reminder emails every Monday to preceptors with pending evaluations. These emails include:

• List of pending items
• Automatic login links so preceptors can complete evaluations with one click

Manual Reminders

You can also manually send reminders:

1. Find the preceptor on the Pending Evaluations page
2. Click the Remind button
3. The preceptor will receive an email with their pending items and a login link

Note: Manual reminders can only be sent once per day to each preceptor to prevent spam.

Important Notes

• All pending evaluations are automatically deleted when students are archived by the school
• Clinical Instructors see pending items for preceptors in their location only
• School accounts see pending items for all locations
