Student Progress
All Assessments
You can view All Competencies, and All Evaluations for the students only in your location. Links to these pages are either in the side menu, or on your Dashboard page (depending on your installation).
School accounts can view assessments from ALL locations. They also have the ability to delete any competency assessment or evaluation.
Filtering Tables
Each table of assessments/evaluations will have options to filter the list by either searching for specific names or titles of assessments. These may be different depending on your installation, but the filter icon is always located in the top left corner. The gear icon will show options such as exporting the list as an Excel file.
Students
This page shows you a list of student with their current location set to the same location as you. It has quick links to their individual evaluation sections.
The options/buttons you see on this page may be different for your CompKeepr installation.
Competencies
Here you can view all competencies sent by student, the filter icon in the top left of the table will allow you to filter by Category or Status (Pending evaluation, Assessed, or Requirement Met).
The requirements for each competency are set by the school. They normally include a minimum evaluation score that is required, and certain number of times the student must achieve the minimum evaluation score.
Competency Overview
The competency overview page shows you the student progress to date. Overall completion is automatically shown, and there is a dropdown to demonstrate completion broken down by competency category. If the school has kept the attitude score feature, the breakdown of attitude assessment will also be on this page. Students also see this same page and can view their overall progress with competencies.
Performance Evaluations
This page has all evaluations for the student. By these evaluations can have a score that is calculated, and a minimum % score can be chosen when creating the form. This table will highlight (in red) any score below the minimum requirement. The list can be filtered by status: Pending, Evaluated or by status: Confirmed, Needs Confirmation. By default students much confirm reading a daily evaluation.
These evaluations will have different names depending on your CompKeepr installation.
Other Evaluations
Some installations will have a section for Other Evaluations more recent installations will have all Evaluation forms on the Evaluations page.
Formal Evaluations
Performance Evaluations are used to create Formal Evaluations for students by selecting a date range. In older installs, this report is created from the Daily Evaluations page, in newer installations it is created on the Formal Evaluations page. This option only appears if the CompKeepr installation utilized the Average score report/Formal Evaluations option.
