Creating Formal Evaluations

Performance Evaluations are used to create Formal Evaluations for students by selecting a date range. In older installs, this report is created from the Daily Evaluations page, in newer installations it is created on the Formal Evaluations page. This option only appears if the CompKeepr installation utilized the Average score report/Formal Evaluations option.

After using the form above, you will be shown an average score report that can be downloaded as a PDF. To create a formal evaluation from this report, you must choose the form from the dropdown and click Create Formal from these averaged values.

You will be brought to the formal evaluation page, simply complete the form and save.
