I can't log in to CompKeepr, what should I do?
If you can't seem to log in to CompKeepr please check that you are trying to log in to the correct installation. There are multiple CompKeepr installations.
If you trying to login to the correct CompKeepr installation, you can reset your password as you may have forgotten the password, or you might not have setup your password when you received your New Account email from CompKeepr.
To reset your password, click the 'Forgot password' or 'Reset password' link found beside the 'Login' button on the login page. You will need to know and have access to the email account used to setup your account in order to reset your password. If the database does not recognize your email, double check you are accessing the correct CompKeepr installation, then contact your school administrator to determine which email was used.
