Self Assessment

The Self Assessment page is where you will review the instructions, Start a New Self-Assessment, and also where you will complete your Self-Assessment once you begin.

Completing Your Self Assessment

As you navigate through your Self-Assessment be sure to "PLEASE SAVE AS YOU GO". At least one item from each section is required.

Marking the Self-Assessment as Complete

Once you have selected at least one item from each area you will see the option to "Mark this assessment as completed"

Once you have completed your Self-Assessment a circle with a 'check' will appear next to it, and the rest of your required items will be highlighted with a circle and only 'checked' if it is completed.
