Learning Log

The Learning Activity page is where you log professional activities for your current membership cycle. Members are encouraged to be involved in activities across all 8 domains. Your are required to have a minimum of 12 Learning Activities in the submission cycle associated with your Self-Assessment year.

Loggin Activity

Click Log Professional Activity and select the appropriate information, add a description, and if you would like, you can upload a PDF or image (optional). If you have not yet set a Learning Goal you will not be able to link a learning activity to a Learning Goal.

Linking to a Learning Goal

Once you have set a Learning Goal you will see a check box to link the activity. You are required to link at least ONE activity to a Learning Goal

Once you have added 12 Learning Activities and linked at least one of them to your Learning Goal, you will be ready to Submit your PORTFolio if all other items have been completed.
