Account Creation

You do NOT register for an account with CompKeepr. Student accounts are created by your school or imported by CompKeepr on behalf of your program.

Setting Your Password

When your account is created, you will receive an email from CompKeepr with a link to set your password. This link expires in 2 weeks. If the link has expired, it will prompt you to send another password reset link using your email.

Resetting Your Password

If you need to reset your password:

  1. Go to your CompKeepr login page
  2. Click the "Forgot password" or "Reset password" link
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email (including spam/junk folder) for the reset link

Important: Password reset links can also be sent by clinical instructors, school accounts, and CompKeepr support. Since passwords are encrypted, no one can tell you what your current password is—you must reset it.

Updating Your Profile

You can update your name, email, or password at any time by:

  1. Clicking your name in the menu
  2. Going to your Profile/Account Info page
  3. Making your changes and saving

Tip: If you only need to update your email, leave the password fields blank.

Browser Requirements

CompKeepr requires a modern web browser. The following browsers are supported:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

Note: Internet Explorer is not supported.

Mobile Access

CompKeepr is mobile-responsive and works on phones and tablets. You can even add it to your home screen to use it like an app. On mobile devices, the menu is accessed by tapping the menu icon in the top right corner.
