Messages and Communication

Using the Messages Feature

CompKeepr includes a built-in messaging system that allows you to communicate with users assigned to the same clinical location as you, including preceptors and clinical instructors.

How Messages Work

• You can send messages to preceptors and instructors at your current location(s)
• Clinical Instructors can send messages to you regardless of your location
• School accounts can message any user in the system

Accessing Messages

Look for the Messages link in your menu to view your inbox and send new messages.

Contacting Support

If you need technical help with CompKeepr:

• Use the Support/Help icon in the bottom corner of any screen
• Or use the Contact Support link on the login page

For questions about your program, evaluations, or requirements, contact your school administrator or instructor first.
