Creating Evaluations (Preceptor-Initiated)

Initiating Evaluations

Some CompKeepr installations allow preceptors to initiate evaluations rather than waiting for students to send them.

Where to Find This Feature

• V2: Look for an Other Evaluations or Evaluation Forms page in your menu
• V3: Look for a Create button in the Evaluation Form table

If you do not see these options, your school may not have enabled preceptor-initiated evaluations.

Creating an Evaluation

1. Navigate to the evaluation forms page
2. Find the form you want to use
3. Click Create
4. Select the student
5. Complete the evaluation form
6. Submit

Note: The available forms are determined by your school. If you have concerns about the content or need a form that is not available, contact your program administrator.
