Login Issues

I cannot log in to CompKeepr

  1. Use the correct installation - Different schools have different CompKeepr installations. Make sure you are accessing the right one.
  2. Reset your password - Click "Forgot password" on the login page
  3. Check your email - Ensure you are using the email address on file with the program

My email link expired

Evaluation notification links expire after 2 weeks. Click the link and it will prompt you to log in normally, or use the "Forgot password" feature to get a new link.

Evaluation Questions

I want to change an evaluation I submitted

Most CompKeepr installations allow you to edit evaluations, but this may be restricted once the student confirms or accepts the evaluation.

  • Check your Evaluated Competencies section for an Edit option
  • If editing is not available, contact your school administrator

A student sent me an evaluation but I cannot see it

Make sure you are logged into the correct CompKeepr installation. Also check your Inbox—the evaluation should appear there if you were selected as the evaluator.

Technical Issues

I cannot see buttons in the evaluation tables

This is usually a display/zoom issue:

  • Reduce your browser zoom level (in Chrome: click the three dots → zoom setting)
  • Or scroll horizontally within the table using arrow keys

I received an error message

  • Forbidden: You may not have access to that item
  • Whoops/500 error: A site error occurred. Try again later; we are usually notified automatically.
