Managing Students

Your Students Page

The Students page shows students who have their location set to your location. From here you can access all student evaluation data and monitor their progress.

What You Can Do

• View links to student evaluations
• Create Formative Evaluations
• Monitor student progress
• Access the Competency Overview

Student Not Appearing?

If a student does not appear on your Students page, they may have removed your location from their account. You can:

1. Send them a message using the Messages page (instructors can message students regardless of location)
2. Contact support for assistance

Student Progress Tracking

All Assessments

View all competencies and evaluations for students in your location. Links to these pages are in the side menu.

Note: School accounts can view assessments from ALL locations and can delete any competency assessment or evaluation.

Filtering Options

Each table of assessments/evaluations has filter options to help you find specific records:

• Search by student name
• Search by assessment title
• Filter by category
• Filter by status (Pending, Assessed, Requirement Met)

The filter icon is located in the top left corner of each table.

Exporting Data

Competency assessment tables have an Export option in the filter menu to download data for reporting.

Individual Student Views

Competencies

View all competencies sent by the student with filtering options for:

• Category
• Status (Pending evaluation, Assessed, or Requirement Met)

Requirements for each competency are set by the school (minimum score, number of times to achieve the score).

Competency Overview

Shows the student's overall progress toward competency completion:

• Overall completion percentage
• Breakdown by competency category (use dropdown)
• Attitude assessment breakdown (if enabled)

Students also see this same page to track their own progress.

Evaluations

View all daily evaluations for the student:

• Scores below minimum requirement are highlighted in red
• Filter by status: Pending or Evaluated
• Filter by confirmation: Confirmed or Needs Confirmation

Note: By default, students must confirm reading a daily evaluation.

Formal Evaluations

Performance Evaluations are used to create formal evaluations for students by selecting a date range. This option appears only if your installation has evaluation forms with the Formal option enabled.

Editing Evaluations

• You can edit competencies you assessed from the student Competencies page
• You can edit evaluations until the student confirms viewing them
