Student Issues

A student does not appear on my Students page

The student may have removed your location from their account. You can:

  • Use the Messages page to contact them (instructors can message any student)
  • Ask them to add your location back to their profile
  • Contact support for assistance

Why is a Formative Evaluation marked incomplete?

Formative evaluations require a student reply to be complete. The student must view and comment on the evaluation. Follow up with the student if they have not responded.

Evaluation Management

Can I edit an evaluation I completed?

You can edit evaluations until the student confirms viewing them. After confirmation, editing may be restricted depending on your school policy.

How do I delete an evaluation?

Typically, only school accounts can delete completed evaluation records. Contact your school administrator.

Preceptor Issues

A preceptor cannot log in

You can send them a password reset link from the preceptor management area, or ask support to assist.

How do I add a new preceptor?

Clinical Instructors can add preceptors for their location. Navigate to the preceptor management area, enter their details, and they will receive an invitation email.

Technical Issues

I received an error message

  • Forbidden: You may not have access to that item
  • Whoops/500 error: A site error occurred. We are usually notified automatically.
