Managing Users

All Users Page

The All Users page allows you to manage all accounts in your CompKeepr installation.

Searching and Filtering

  • Use the search bar to find users by name or email
  • Type a role name (student, preceptor, instructor) to filter by role

Actions

Click the Actions button next to any user to:

  • Edit - Update their name, email, role, or location
  • Delete - Remove the user from the system
  • Send New Account Email - Resend the welcome email with password setup link

Adding Users

To add a new user:

  1. Go to the All Users page
  2. Click Add User
  3. Enter required information:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Role (student, preceptor, instructor, etc.)
    • At least one location
  4. Save

The user will receive an email with a link to set up their password.

Fixing Incorrect Emails

  1. Search for the user by their current email
  2. Click ActionsEdit
  3. Correct the email address
  4. Save
  5. Click Send New Account Email to send them a new password setup link
