Managing Users
All Users Page
The All Users page allows you to manage all accounts in your CompKeepr installation.
Searching and Filtering
- Use the search bar to find users by name or email
- Type a role name (student, preceptor, instructor) to filter by role
Actions
Click the Actions button next to any user to:
- Edit - Update their name, email, role, or location
- Delete - Remove the user from the system
- Send New Account Email - Resend the welcome email with password setup link
Adding Users
To add a new user:
- Go to the All Users page
- Click Add User
- Enter required information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Role (student, preceptor, instructor, etc.)
- At least one location
- Save
The user will receive an email with a link to set up their password.
Fixing Incorrect Emails
- Search for the user by their current email
- Click Actions → Edit
- Correct the email address
- Save
- Click Send New Account Email to send them a new password setup link
