Student Management for School Administrators

Students Page

The default landing page for school accounts shows a list of active students. From here you can:

  • View quick links to all student activity
  • Monitor student progress
  • Archive students

Archiving Students

When students complete their program, you can archive them:

  1. Go to the Students page
  2. Select the students to archive
  3. Click Archive

Note: Archived students retain access to view their information by default. This is controlled by your retention policy.

Deleting Students

Warning: Deleting a student permanently removes all their data from CompKeepr.

CompKeepr does not set a time limit for how long students are kept in the system—this is based on your school retention policy.

Updating Student Information

To update a student email, name, or location:

Version 2 and Version 3

  1. Go to the Students page
  2. Find the student
  3. Click the Options button
  4. Select Edit
  5. Make your changes and save

Version 1

  1. Go to the All Users page
  2. Search for the student
  3. Click Actions → Edit
  4. Make your changes and save

Viewing Student Evaluations

Click on any student to view all their:

  • Competency evaluations
  • Daily evaluations
  • Formative evaluations
  • Other evaluation forms

School accounts can also delete completed evaluations when necessary.
