User Management
A user cannot log in
- Search for them on the All Users page
- Verify their email address is correct
- Click Actions → Send New Account Email to send a fresh password reset link
- Ask them to check their spam/junk folder
How do I merge duplicate accounts?
Contact CompKeepr support. Accounts for the same school can be merged.
Can I import users in bulk?
Yes. Contact CompKeepr to arrange a bulk import. You will typically provide a spreadsheet with user information.
Evaluation Issues
How do I delete an evaluation?
Only school accounts can delete completed evaluations. Navigate to the student evaluation page and look for the delete option.
A student sent an evaluation to the wrong preceptor
If the evaluation has not been completed, the student can edit it. If completed, you may need to delete it and have the student resubmit.
Data and Retention
How long is student data kept?
CompKeepr does not enforce a time limit. Data retention is based on your school policy. When you delete a student, their data is permanently removed.
Can students access their data after graduation?
By default, archived students can still view their information. Once deleted, access is permanently removed.
Technical Support
I received an error message on the site
- Forbidden: Permission issue - the user may not have access
